DEATH OF AN ASSASSIN

From the depth of the Philippine War on Drugs and Terrorism, a story of the Philippine Marines soldier never wanted told. He was the first marines’ soldier who enter then neutralized the Camp Abu-Bakr from the MILF fighters, according to Col. Aleo from the Philippine Marines in Talipao and Patikol Jolo.

His military records identify Allan Apolinar a.k.a. “nognog” or “rambo” is an extra-excellent soldier having earned two medal of ’valour’ on his bravery fighting on the ground against rebels and terrorist, according to Col Peloña and General Sabban.

He was a member of the Philippine Motorcycle Federation and a close-in aide of Senator Manuel Villar who runs for presidential bid in 2010. But behind that excellent records and his battle against drugs and terrorism, he was a hired “assassin.”

Nognog joined the Philippine Marines in Ormoc city and enlisted way back 1976. He then assassinated SPO3 Antonio Delfin in 2002 during the victim’s visit in Ormoc city. After fleeing to Puerto Princeza, he murdered a fraternity member who was accused of rape in Cebu City.

In June 12, 2014 he assassinated King in Barrio Obrero Davao City after the brutal murder of Sison in MJ Cuenco cor. V Sotto in Cebu last August 1983 and masterminded by Edgar Ocampo and Cynthia Ocampo. No adverse information why Edgar Ocampo ordered the assassination of Richard King in Davao however the victim was Edgar Ocampo’s local drug supplier.

The Assassin also murdered an air-force personnel inside the Westcom Compound in Puerto Princeza city, according to Loida Alli Aguilar who works in AFP Commissary & Exchange Service but she ask not to be named.

None of the assassin friends and relatives knows about Sergeant Allan Apolinar past crimes because he operates wisely, clean and un-notice. But PCSUPT Artemio Gonzales Hicban denied the reports.

Assassination Plot of Villahermosa, Sison and King

There was a plot to assassinate Villahermosa, Sison and King however, they spears Villahermosa’s life because the wife of Mayor Bentong Villahermosa is a hitman relatives in Naval.

21st August 1983 on a busy streets of M.J. Cuenco Avenue near corner V. Sotto street before dozen of horrified witness, atty William Richard Sison was murdered.

At that day light Sison was driving his grey Toyota Hilux pickup, and had stopped for a red light when two men on a blue motorcycle stopped behind Sison’s pick-up while another red motorcycle stopped nearby and another man casually walked up to him and fired away hitting Sison in the body, head and neck. The two men in a blue motorcycle was shock and sped away in the direction of McArthur Boulevard. The gun-man walks back and takes his red motorbike. Then the gun-man take a boat-trip to the city of Ormoc before moving to Cavite.

The authorities are investigating the crime until it pinpointed an innocent security guard and was sentence to life imprisonment. Lemuel Sumabong a father of two was accused of killing atty Richard William Sison at M.J. Cuenco Avenue near V. Sotto Streets in Cebu City. But the authorities cannot establish the identity of the mastermind.

After fifteen years of the murder, a blog appeared that he was familiar with the murder and the hitman was a member of the 6th Marine Landing Battalion base in Palawan and the mastermind was a certain Edgar and Cynthia Ocampo who fled the country before the incident and now settled in Washington USA with the family.

More than that, Sison is armed and dangerous, a sharp shooter while the security guards have no such experience. Further Sison is a commissioned reserve with the rank of major in the Judge Advocate General Service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and was a battalion commander of the 1st Ready Reserve Battalion of the Army Reserve Command of the Philippine Army. Further, the assailant knows that Sison is a gun lover and have owned two 45caliberpistol and one of these guns is from Edgar Ocampo.

Edgar Ocampo is angry with Atty Sison because the lawyer is a ‘double edge sword’ playing dispute between Ocampo’s-Villahermosa cases. Edgar Ocampo and his wife is a Hilongos drug lord and a friend of Richard King and Lim who is allegedly known to be involved in drug dealings. Edgar Ocampo called Sison’s family using unknown sim-card and unknown location and advice the family to be careful before the murder. Decades later….

The Murder of an Assassin

Relying primarily on sources of information, seven years ago, on 10^th of Oct-2011, he received more-than 10 bullet wounds.

According to a tip-off, Marine Sergeant Allan Apolinar was murdered accusing Edgar and Cynthia Ocampo as the mastermind. He perished in an Ambush and leave two kids and wife who is now in hiding, according to Anatalia S. Sy, in Olongapo City.

A source from the Puerto Princeza authorities that the victim was found lying motionless with 10 bullet wounds on his chest and head causing his immediate death in a highway. The case also reveals that forensic ballistic-firearm identification through comparison of the striation on a projectile with the rifling in the barrel is much near to the M16 Armalite rifles from a city hall according to a tip-off who investigated the murder.

According to Jose Del Rosario and SPO2 Anthony Dela Pena in Puerto Princesa. Edgar and Cynthia Ocampo was angry when Sgt. Apolinar ask the Ocampo’s on their payment of his alleged job done. But the Ocampo’s are no longer interested of fulfilling their promise and responsibilities, instead they hired someone to neutralize their hired assassin who murdered Sison and King, according to a witness who is in the process of making an oath.

Bombing in Hilongos and Leyte Massacre

For the first time- Edgar Ocampo was accuse of playing a role in hilongos bombing and Leyte massacre and brings the death of an assassin in a two stories together.

It was reported that, the bomb attacks that took place on December 28 in Hilongos Leyte were horrendous event that injured innocent Hilongosnon. Sadly, the suspects detonated a twin bomb in front of the town hall building injuring 38 people. The report collectively called the attack as retribution of drug related cases and money counterfeiting operating the area.  The police also having an idea of the existence of the Maute Group and BIFF fundamentalists are given credits for these acts. Hilongos mayor Albert Villahermosa said that there are now 3 suspects accusing Anthony Jake Macuto also known as Yusuf Perez Macuto a relatives of Edgar and Cynthia Ocampo.

According to a source who ask not to be named, that Anthony Jake’s family is a die-hard catholic fundamentalist and a catholic public defender like Edgar Ocampo who created hatred in the internet. Edgar Ocampo and Cynthia Ocampo meet Anthony Jake Macuto in Cavite-Manila 2017, after the bombing.

Top ranking Leyte Police official is now eyeing on the possibility that the recent attack is rather a swift retaliation to the police being made by drug syndicates operating in the area.  It was reported that Raidah Ampaso Sarip was the drug lord of the area after Edgar and Cynthia Ocampo.

Edgar Ocampo who masterminded the brutal murder of Atty. Richard Sison is now in US with his family. Presently Edgar and Cynthia’s address located at 20115 32^nd Avenue South SeaTac Washington 9819-5717 USA.

However, Filipinos (Muslims or Christians) are not deeply in strong allegiance to a “Drug Lord” like Cynthia and Edgar...but once you break someone spirit, this is a very different story. Hatred is the cause.

In truest sense, the resentments created by Edgar Ocampo and his ilk in the internet are much greater sickening and fuelling hatred against the Muslims in Hilongos in particular and to the Muslim World in general. Cynthia and Edgar Ocampo are in tandem in creating hatred through internet. They uses an IP address belong to Jean Landon Suson located at; 11613 Rainier Avenue S. #B Seattle Washington 98178, and the IP address of a certain Johnny Lo, located in Columbia Centre Office in Seattle. Both are Cynthia Ocampo’s employer.

Edgar and Cynthia doesn’t think that hatred they invoke on Muslims and non-Muslim raised havoc on a visceral level, even by people who’ve never seen one or seen the effect of one that will last for generation.

The Leyte Massacre

The Supreme Court (SC) has affirmed its ruling the Manila regional trial court (RTC) to proceed with the trial of former Bayan Muna Party List Saturnino Ocampo a relatives of Swetberto Ocampo the father of Edgar Ocampo for multiple murder in connection with the mass-graves discovered by the Philippine Army in Leyte 2006.

The case steamed from the discovery of mass graves by elements of the Army’s 43^rd infantry Brigade in Sitio Sapang Dako, Barangay Kaulisihan Inopacan, Leyte. The mass graves contains the skeletal remains of the victims launched by the Ocampo’s ilk.

The Ocampo and their allies were indicted for 15 counts of murder for the killing of Juanita Aviola, Conception Aragon, Gregorio Eras, Teodoro Recones Jr, Restituto Ejoc, Rolando Vasquez, Junior Milyapis, Crispin Dalmacio, Zacarias Casil, Pablo Daniel, Romeo Tayabas, Domingo Napolis, Ciriaco Daniel, Crispin Prado and Ereberto Prado.

The case was initially filed with the RTC branch 18 Judge Ephraim Suarez Sabando in Hilongos Leyte who was accused by the Ocampo’s in Hindang, Leyte and Tacloban. The Ocampo family having businesses in Hilongos Leyte located in CV Alcuino Street.

Assassination Plot

It was reported that Atty William Richard Sison was murdered and the only witness of the case was hiding in foreign land. After a decades of silence he called the National Bureau of Investigation that he was familiar with the case, a woman answered and “ask why he just came- out to reveal the case”.

In the Philippines, It is an open secret that a witness of any high profile cases are subject for assassination to keep their mouth shot.

The caller receive a lot of unknown and threatening calls and messages and it was reported to the authority (police report dated: January 2015 and police report 2017 address to MAS with a return address from Naval, Biliran), added with his messages in emails and Facebooks.  The MAS reported the letter to the police for investigation, suspecting a drunk foreigner who harass a taxi driver. Later, with his finger-print it found-out a tangible information that lead-us to believe that the culprit who visited Hilongos Leyte to meet Anthony Jake Macuto a.k.a. Yusuf Peres Macuto is familiar with the accused.

The authority found some fingerprint distinct to Edgar Ocampo’s finger-print, Advocates and Solicitor atty. Anil Balchandani are asking the police copy for the first information report (FIR) for study.

Moreover, the brother of Cynthia Suarez Ocampo receive a call and messages from an assailant  threatening to destroy and harm the son and family of the witness of the Sison Murder Case, but John Ocampo are against the plot by his father.

More than that, Intelligence report added that Edgar Ocampo masterminded a plot to destroy a Navalean politician who runs for vice-governor of the island. He was the brother of the fallen Assassin.

In September 2019 Edgar and Cynthia Ocampo secretly arrived Cebu City to find hitman/assassin for another job. Target is the vice-governor of Biliran Province, Brigido Caneja III. Tip-off comes for meeting the hitman in Puerto Princesa last 18^th of September 2019. The hitman from Puerto Princesa who is in process of taking an oath, ask not to be named. The same hitman who murdered Sgt Allan Apolinar.
